Terms of Service: Service Refund & Cancellation Policy


Thank you for choosing Aura Studio Space. Because of the digital, bespoke, and highly customized nature of our 1:1 design services, we enforce a strict no-refund, no-return, and no-exchange policy once a project has been purchased and scheduled.

Please review the architectural terms of this policy below before completing your investment:

  • Creative Labor & Digital Delivery: 1:1 services (including The Site Refresh Audit and The Aura Landing Page) involve immediate studio scheduling, custom strategy, and irreversible digital labor. Once work has begun or deliverables have been sent, the service cannot be "returned" or undone.

  • Intake & Cooperation: By purchasing a service, you agree to provide all requested information, links, and copy requirements in a timely manner. Delays in submitting your intake form may result in a rescheduled delivery date, but do not qualify for a refund.

  • Commitment to Quality: We put meticulous care, design strategy, and professional expertise into every audit and page build. While we do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, we are fully committed to delivering a high-end experience that aligns with the structural scope outlined in your service agreement.


Aura Studio Space reserves the right to decline and fully refund any project that does not align with our studio’s criteria within 48 hours of purchase.
