Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of AuraStudioSpace.com and the purchase of any digital products, premium website templates, or professional design services. By accessing this site or finalizing a purchase, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All digital products, templates, and content provided are the exclusive intellectual property of Aura Studio Space.

  • Single-Use License: Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-use license to utilize the template for one (1) single website for your business or personal entity.

  • Restrictions: You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or transfer the template files (even if modified). You may not use the template for multiple client projects or businesses without an explicit multi-use license.

 

2. Template Delivery & Requirements

  • Delivery: Templates are delivered via a Wix transfer link to your registered email address within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Platform: Templates are built exclusively for Wix. You are responsible for maintaining a Wix account.

  • Premium Costs: While you can edit in the Wix free version, a Wix Premium Plan and a custom domain (purchased separately) are required to connect your URL and use integrated features like the Wix Booking System.

 

3. 1:1 Custom Design Services

  • Scope: Our services focus on website design and development. We do not offer logo design or full branding services. Clients are expected to have branding (logo, colors, voice) ready before the project starts.

  • Materials: Clients must provide all high-resolution images, videos, and brand identity guides prior to the Content Planning Call. Delays in material delivery may result in project rescheduling.

  • Revision Rounds: * Template Customization & Starter: 2 rounds.

    • Pro Package: 3 rounds.

    • Definition: A "round" is one consolidated list of changes sent as a single feedback document. Requests for new pages not in the original scope or major strategy pivots are not included. Additional revisions are billed at $100/hour.

 

4. Pricing and Payments

  • Modifications: Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. The price paid is the price listed at the time of purchase.

  • 1:1 Payment Structure: A 35% non-refundable retainer is due upon signing the contract to secure your date. The remaining balance is due in full 7 days prior to the official start date of your design sprint.

  • Currency: All fees are listed in USD unless otherwise noted.

 

5. Support Policy

  • Template Support (Technical): For 14 days following purchase, we provide support for technical issues (broken links, bugs in Velo code, or manual clarifications).

  • Template Support (Setup): A 30-day email support window is included for specific setup questions.

  • 1:1 Post-Launch Support: * Template Customization: 15 days.

    • Starter Package: 30 days.

    • Pro Package: 40 days.

  • Exclusions: Support does not include content entry, layout changes, or general Wix education. Ongoing support is available via "Studio Credits" at $100/hour.

 

6. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

  • Wix Platform: Aura Studio Space is not responsible for software changes, policy updates, or service outages made by Wix.

  • External Integrations: You are responsible for complying with the terms of third-party tools (Google Fonts, Stripe, PayPal, etc.) required for your site.

  • No Liability: We are not liable for any technical issues or data loss caused by third-party platform updates after the delivery of your template or project.

 

7. Limitation of Liability & No Guarantees

Aura Studio Space is not liable for any losses resulting from the use of our products. We do not guarantee specific financial performance, traffic, or business success.

 

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Republica Bolivariana De Venezuela. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Anzoátegui, Venezuela.

 

Return Policy

 

All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant, non-tangible nature of our digital products (website templates, digital downloads, and resources), all sales are final and strictly non-refundable.

When you complete a purchase, you immediately receive full, irrevocable access to the digital files and transfer process. Because access is delivered instantly, returns, exchanges, or store credits are not possible. By finalizing your purchase, you agree to this policy.

 

Service Retainers

For 1:1 custom design services, the 35% retainer fee is non-refundable. This fee secures your dedicated spot in our design calendar and covers administrative onboarding costs.

 

Technical Issues & Exceptions

We stand by the quality of our digital files. If you experience an issue accessing your product, or if you believe you received the wrong template file, please contact us at hello@aurastudiospace.com within 7 days of purchase.

We will promptly verify your purchase and ensure you receive the correct, fully functional files. Assistance is provided for file delivery and technical "bugs" only; refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with the design or inability to use the host platform.
