Terms and Conditions

This agreement covers all digital diagnostic products and web architecture services provided by Aura Studio Space.

 

1. Scope of Services

  • Teardown Roadmap ($497 Public / $297 Community Rate): An asynchronous diagnostic delivering a 15-minute custom Loom video review, homepage user experience audit, H1–H3 heading hierarchy restructuring, and custom homepage JSON-LD schema code.

  • Core Site Redesign Services ($3,800–$8,500+): Full-service digital and semantic web architecture refactoring executed directly on your existing platform (Wix, Webflow, WordPress, Squarespace, or Showit).

 

2. Payment Terms & Upgrade Credit

  • Teardown Roadmap: 100% upfront payment via PayPal is required to secure your audit spot and start the delivery clock.

  • Site Redesign Services: Payment schedules are outlined in your individual proposal, split into milestone deposits prior to launch.

  • 100% Audit Credit: 100% of your Teardown Roadmap payment ($297 or $497) will be credited directly toward any core Site Redesign package ($3,800+) if booked within 30 calendar days of your audit delivery date.

 

3. Delivery & Client Responsibilities

  • Turnaround Window: Teardown Roadmaps are delivered within 5 business days following confirmed payment and completed intake details. Site redesign timelines (2 to 6+ weeks) begin once full platform credentials and initial brand assets are received.

  • Phased Revisions: The Teardown Roadmap is a static diagnostic deliverable and does not include design revision rounds. Full Site Redesign services include structured 2- to 3-round revision sprints. Consolidated feedback must be provided within 48 business hours per round to maintain project schedules.

 

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Teardown Roadmap: Due to the custom, intellectual nature of recorded strategy videos and proprietary schema code, all diagnostic sales are final once deliverables are produced and emailed. If you request a written cancellation before audit production has started, a 100% refund will be processed.

  • Site Redesign Services: Because client capacity is strictly limited to one full site build per month, initial project deposits are non-refundable once discovery and architectural work commence.

 

5. Intellectual Property Upon full payment, clients retain full ownership of all delivered custom JSON-LD schema code, written copy assets, and site layout modifications. Aura Studio Space reserves the right to showcase public site updates and visual transformations as portfolio case studies.
